New York, NY The national cable network, The Learning Channel, will highlight the wedding of Tracy and Zachary Ramp, who were married in St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, Toms River, NJ in May 2001. The program will air on November 28, 2001 at 3:30pm.
The Wedding Story, taped on location in New Jersey, chronicles the couples introduction and courtship and follows them as they prepare for the wedding day. Rev. Dr. Milton Efthimiou, parish priest and celebrant, describes the meaning of various parts of the Greek Orthodox wedding the ceremony. The program ends with segments from the reception, including traditional Greek dancing.
