IONIAN VILLAGE UPDATES SUMMER 2023 PROGRAM DATES

NEW YORK – In response to an overwhelming interest in the Summer 2023 camping ministry programs and in an effort to accommodate as many participants as possible, the Office of Ionian Village is updating its Summer 2023 dates. “We are encouraged to see so many of our faithful from across the Archdiocese express interest in Ionian Village this year” commented Marina Floratos, the Director of Ionian Village. “As we all know, last year Greece saw more visitors than any time in recent history, and all indications are that this summer will follow suit. We have no doubt that the demand for IV will reach pre-pandemic levels this year, and we are doing everything we can to meet that need. We are looking forward to the best summer of our lives!”

All prospective summer campers, IV Next participants and staff members should take note of the updated dates below.

 

IV Next

June 2 – 13, 2023

IV Next is for participants ages 19-24.

 

Summer Camp

Session One: June 19 – July 8, 2023

Session Two: July 19 – August 7, 2023

 

Each 20-day session is open to young people who will have completed grades 9 through 12.

 

Registration for both Summer Camp and IV Next will begin on January 21, 2023 at 12 noon EST on www.ionianvillage.org

 

Ionian Village Summer 2023 Staff Applications

Applications to be a part of the 2023 Summer Staff are currently available on the Ionian Village website until January 17, 2023.

Applicants must be Greek Orthodox and at least 21 years old by June 10, 2023.
