Exploring Innovative Teaching Approaches: 5th Webinar Empowers Greek Language Educators

In continuation of the ongoing commitment to strengthen the proficiency of educators teaching the Greek language, the Education Office of the Holy Archdiocese of America is set to host the 5th Webinar focusing on Innovative Teaching Techniques and Educational Materials.

The 5th session will center on the National Celebration of the Greek Revolution of March 25, 1821.

The interactive seminar, with active participation from educators, is scheduled to last for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Dr. Angeliki Mastromichalaki, the keynote speaker, will share her expertise in the field.

The focus of the 5th webinar: The primary objective of the seminar is to delve into the understanding of educators about the Greek Revolution of 1821, the historical events from 1821-1827, and the heroes, and heroines of this period. At the same time, discussions and ideas for school celebrations during the National Holiday will be discussed, including theatrical performances, poems, songs, and presentations.

Exploration through the Webinar: The 5th Webinar encourages educators to reflect, explore, and engage in discussions revolving around the national anniversary of the Greek Revolution of 1821. Simultaneously, teaching methods and directions on the specific topic will be provided, along with exercises, activities, and games that will inspire students.
