Bishop Dimitrios of Xanthos to Talk on Orthodox Missions

Brookline, MA - Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology will present a lecture entitled “Orthodox Missions through the Ages,” by Bishop Dimitrios of Xanthos. The talk will take place on November 2nd at 7:30 p.m. at the Maliotis Cultural Center on the campus of Holy Cross in Brookline, MA. A light meal will follow the presentation with an opportunity for those in attendance to meet His Grace Bishop Dimitrios.

Bishop Dimitrios of Xanthos, the Ecumenical officer of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, also serves as the Archdiocese liaison to International Orthodox Charities (IOCC) and the Orthodox Christian Mission Center (OCMC), and is responsible for the Standing Conference of Canonical Orthodox Bishops in America (SCOBA).

The Annual Lecture on Orthodox Missions is sponsored by The Endowment Fund for Orthodox Missions which was established in 1981.
