Ascension of Our Lord in Lincolnshire, IL hosted their annual Faith/Joy Lenten Retreat on Friday April 26, 2024. The theme was, “Lazarus Come Out!” The children talked about Christ’s relationship with Lazarus, how Christ rose Lazarus from the dead, and what we as Orthodox Christians can take away from their friendship. The children also made “Lazarakia”!
