Archdiocesan School of Byzantine Music: Summer Registration open now until April 25

The Archdiocesan School of Byzantine Music is delighted to announce the expansion of its program with the addition of Summer Term 2022.  Registration is open now  until April 25th. Classes for the Summer Term begin the week of  May 6 and end the week of  July 18.

Previously, the school was only set to offer classes during the Fall and Spring Semesters.  Due to tremendous interest in the program and popular demand among current students, the Archdiocesan School of Byzantine Music will now offer classes in the context of three terms:  Spring, Summer, and Fall.  Each term is scheduled for 12 weeks in duration.

Since reopening the school in January 2022, there has been a significant increase in student enrollment, expansion of qualified faculty, and a clear demand throughout the United States for the opportunity to learn the tradition of our ecclesiastical music.

The Archdiocesan School of Byzantine Music aims to educate and develop competent cantors in the Psaltic Art.  It utilizes a virtual learning platform that improves access to high quality education in the Psaltic Art to students throughout the United States. The ASBM is funded in part by the generous support of Leadership 100.
