Archbishop Elpidophoros of America  Offers Invocation at the Investitures of

Associate Judges Singas, Cannataro and Troutman

Today, April 5, 2022, His Eminence Arcbhishop Elpidophoros offered the invocation at the Investitures of Madeline Singas, Anthony Cannataro, and Shirley Troutman as Associate Judges of the New York State Court of Appeals. Judge Singas, who previously served as the District Attorney of Nassau County, is the first Greek-American to serve on the state's highest court. Full text here.

Among the state legislative, executive, and judiciary leaders in attendance at the ceremony were Governor Kathy Hochul, State Attorney General Letitia James, and Mayor of Albany Kathy Sheehan.
