NEW YORK – His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros met yesterday, August 28, 2019,  with the Executive Board members of the Archdiocesan Presbyters Council at the headquarters of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America.  This is the first meeting with the Presbyters Council officers since Archbishop Elpidophoros was enthroned as Archbishop of America in June 2019.

The meeting was an opportunity for His Eminence to learn more about the work of the APC, to get to know the officers better and to discuss details of the upcoming National Clergy Retreat, which will be held in San Antonio, TX, Monday, October 28 through Thursday, October 31, 2019.  Present at the meeting were Executive Board Members, President Rev. Fr. Mark Leondis, Vice President Rev. Fr. Paul Kaplanis, Treasurer Rev. Fr. George Gartelos and Secretary Rev. Fr. Michael Ellis.
