Tuesday, April 16, 2024, His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America welcomed Christos Soulis, Secretary of Environment and Climate Crisis in Greece of the Nea Demokratia party to the Archdiocese Headquarters. Mr. Soulis traveled to New York City for a private trip and to attend the Greek Independence Day parade. His Eminence wished Mr. Soulis well in his endeavors to uplift Greece and address the global environmental crisis. Mr. Soulis praised His Eminence’s leadership and pastoral, spiritual, and social work in America.
