On Saturday, October 14, 2023, His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America presided over the Installation of His Grace Bishop Theofan of Philomelion Archpastor of the Albanian Orthodox Diocese of the Americas. The Installation took place at Saint Nicholas Albanian Orthodox Church in Chicago and was followed by a Luncheon.
