His Eminence welcomed over 70 people to the Metropolis Center for feast of St. Savas the Sanctified on Dec. 5. The day featured the celebration of Orthros and Divine Liturgy, hors d’oeuvres , and fellowship time with the Metropolitan. Among the guests were a number of Metropolis Presvyeres from near and far (pictured above with His Eminence and Gerontissa Theophano of Nativity of the Theotokos Monastery in Saxonburg), Bishop Dorsey McConnell of the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh, and Rev. Liddy Barlow of Christian Associates of Southwest Pennsylvania.
