NEW YORK – The new 2012-2013 Ecclesiastical Planner, published by the Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministries is now in circulation. Use this great resource to keep a daily focus on Christ with morning and evening prayers, quotes from Scripture, and inspiration from the Fathers. The Planner includes lectionary readings and fasting guidelines, following the Ecclesiastical year from September 2012 to August 2013. This year’s theme, “Appointed by God,” is based on Christ’s words to His disciples, “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit” (John 15:16).
