Hierarchical Divine Liturgy for the Thronal Feast of St. Andrew the Apostle

NEW YORK – His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios, Geron of America will preside at a Hierarchal Con-celebration of the Divine Liturgy on Friday Nov. 30, 2018, at the Archdiocesan Chapel of St. Paul and in celebration of the Feast of Saint Andrew the Apostle, the Thronal Feast of the Holy and Great Church of Christ, the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople. Saint Andrew, the First-Called Apostle, is traditionally regarded as the founder and first bishop of the Ecumenical Patriarchate.

Orthros will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the Divine Liturgy at 9:00 a.m. Members of the diplomatic corps and representatives of the Omogeneia have been invited to attend.
