1821 in Art: The Contribution to the Movement of Philhellenism
This webinar is hosted by the High Council of Greek Education in collaboration with the School Life and Education Museum. First, the evolution of the creation of the philhellenic movement will be presented and its main exponents will be mentioned. Second, a brief outline of the most important events of the Greek Revolution will be made. The whole narrative is presented through works of art by artists who captured with their own expressive tools this glorious path.
