YES Announces New Advent Series
Seeking to love Christ and each other, YES (Youth Equipped to Serve) creates opportunities for participants to engage with the poverty of their city, equipping them to become servant leaders in their own communities.
YES also leads seasonal virtual discussion series that allow young adults to explore deep questions of faith. These discussions have been co-led by Katrina Bitar (YES Director) and Steven Christoforou (Director of Y2AM).
This year's Advent Series will focus on the theme "Finding Your Identity in Christ."
Participants will meet on Zoom weekly on Tuesdays at 8 pm Eastern to explore the following questions:
- November 16th – Who is Jesus?
- November 23rd – Who am I?
- November 30th – What is my life for?
- December 7th – What’s in the way?
- December 14th – Where do we go from here?
