2021 Week of Prayer for Christian Unity Virtual Liturgy Broadcast, Jan 24th

Addressing the spiritual state of the world, Rev. Nicolas Kazarian, Ecumenical Officer of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese, together with church ministers and leaders from several Christian denominations throughout the country join in a unique liturgical service to reach and inspire the faithful in a broadcast that will “demonstrate and celebrate Christian unity as especially needful in a time of isolation, division, and grief.”

The Graymoor Ecumenical & Interreligious Institute (GEII) and the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement welcome all to join in their virtual liturgy for the 2021 Week of Prayer for Christian Unity ecumenical prayer service. The event will be streamed on Sunday, January 24th at 7:00 PM EST on GEII.org and the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement’s Facebook page.

Focusing on the theme “Abide in My Love… You Shall Bear Much Fruit,” this eight-day global call to prayer from January 18-25, 2021 will be accompanied by daily reflection materials including recordings and a Daily Scripture and Prayer Guide that may be found on the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement website.
