Association of Secular and Ecclesiastical Music Webinar
We are approaching the realisation of the seminar previously announced by our Association, with the central theme: ''Introduction to the Performance of our Ancestral Ecclesiastical Music'', led by the Archon Protopsaltis of the Holy Great Church of Christ, Mr Panagiotis Neochoritis.This seminar will demonstrate all those elements which contribute to the optimal expression and orientation of participants in the worship of the Eastern Orthodox Church, along with the methodical teaching of those elements.

Modus Operandi
The seminar will be conducted remotely, by way of the electronic platform, Zoom. It will be in Greek with simultaneous translation in English & Romanian.
Times and Dates of Sessions:
Cycle 1 of the Seminar is structured in 5 sessions, taking place on the following dates and times:
Tuesday 18 May 2021 | 20:00
Wednesday 19 May 2021 | 20:00
Wednesday 26 May 2021 | 20:00
Thursday 27 May 2021 | 20:00
Wednesday 2 June 2021 | 20:00
The minimum duration of each session will be 3 hours.
However, participants should be aware that the duration of sessions may be extended at the discretion of the Protopsaltis, as necessary. In addition, there is the possibility of running an additional session, without further financial burden, on 3rd of June.
Cost of Participation:
The fee for participation in Cycle 1 is 90€.
Note: The financial contribution of the participants, after covering the operating expenses of the seminar, will be allocated exclusively to supporting the work of the Association.
Application – Terms of Participation:
The seminar is structured in cycles of sessions. Participation in each subsequent cycle presupposes attendance at the previous one. Participants must abide by the Terms of Participation. Participants will be provided with certificates of attendance.
