St. Demetrios School Announces Welcome Wednesdays

The Saint Demetrios School system is the only Greek-American private parochial academic institution preschool-grade 12 in the United States. For over 65 years, the school- located in the heart of Queens- Astoria, has been providing a low cost Christian education to children in New York City and the outer boroughs. Licensed by the NY State Department of Education and the Ministry of Education of Greece, students who attend Saint Demetrios excel at all levels; seniors who graduate from Saint Demetrios High School progress to elite colleges/universities throughout the world with merit based scholarships.

If you are unable to attend the Spring Open House, please call one of our campuses to schedule a private visit. The middle school/high school campus hosts “WELCOME WEDNESDAYS” –  parents may meet with admissions while their child shadows and spends time with their peers in various classes.
