Rev. Presbyter Thomas Manuel to Preside Over Church of Holy Apostles in Dulles, VA
On Thursday, February 9, 2023, His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America welcomed Rev. Presbyter Thomas Manuel and his family to the Archdiocese, where Fr. Manuel received the Archbishop's blessing on his new assignment to the Church of the Holy Apostles in Dulles, VA, effective February 15, 2023. The Chancellor of the Metropolis of New Jersey, V. Rev. Archimandrite Christoforos Oikonomidis also attended the meeting.
