BIOGRAPHY

Fr. Bogdan Bucur is Associate Professor of Patristics at St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary in Crestwood, NY, and an author. He studied at the faculty of Orthodox Theology in Bucharest. Earned his MA and PhD in Religious Studies at Marquette University under the direction of (now Archbishop) Alexander Golitzin. In 2010 Fr. Bogdan was ordained a priest in the Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese and served as the pastor of St. Anthony Orthodox Church in Butler, PA (2010-2020).
