The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco Orthodox Parish Leadership (OPL) Ministry continues this year’s special webinar series that provides overviews of the coordinated and integrated OPL offerings to assist parishes.

The next webinar, taking place Monday, September 16, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. Pacific, will focus on the topics of Strategic Planning and Leadership Development. We will discuss the value and process for developing a sound Strategic Plan for your parish. We will also discuss the importance of strengthening parish leadership and succession planning. Join your host Steven Pappas who will welcome Dimi Sakelarios and Steve Tibbs from the OPL Ministry Team to present these topics and answer your questions.

Dimi Sakelarios leads the Strategic Planning offering for the Orthodox Parish Leadership ministry for the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco. She is also the Parish Council President of St. Anthony Greek Orthodox Church in Reno, Nevada. Steve Tibbs leads the Orthodox Parish Leadership ministry for the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco. He is the author of “Parish Strategic Planning; A Guidebook for our Parishes.” Steve is also an accomplished business professional in Organizational and Leadership Development.

Our host Steven Pappas leads the Parish Health and Revitalization offering for the Orthodox Parish Leadership Ministry and was previously Stewardship Ministry Lead for the Metropolis of San Francisco.
