Today, November 6, 2020 in a virtual meeting setting, the Leadership 100 Board of Trustees unanimously endorsed the vote of the Executive Committee to approve a one-million-dollar contribution to the Clergy Pension Fund following a special appeal by His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America.

Commenting on the decision of Leadership 100, Archbishop Elpidophoros said: "Once again, Leadership 100 has answered the call of the Church. We all must work together for the solution to the Clergy Pension Fund, and with this extraordinary donation, we are well on our way to changing the course of the Fund and ensuring the future of our Clergy. The entire Archdiocese thanks Leadership 100 for their vision and commitment."

Affirming their support and love for the Clergy of the Archdiocese, Argyris Vassiliou, Leadership 100 Chairman, said: “There is no greater concern for our Church at present than the welfare of our Clergy. Leadership 100 has always been at the forefront of support for the training of our seminarians and the needs of our Clergy. The action of our Executive Committee demonstrates our confidence in the leadership of our Archbishop in setting our Church’s priorities.”
