During the tumultuous evenst of the first century, even the enemies of the Christian faith were forced to admit that Christians made a tremendous impact on society. The lives of those who recieved Christ were so radically different they were able by simple example and peaceful persuasion to convicne others for good, and a similar acceptance of our Faith.
