Ecumenism: Shaping a Better Future for Our Planet, A Discussion between Jane Goodall and John Chryssavgis

The Huffington Ecumenical Institute at HCHC presents "Ecumenism Shaping a Better Future for our Planet: A Discussion Between Jane Goodall & John Chryssavgis." The talk inaugurates HEI's Ecumenical Conversations Series and will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, September 27 at 11:30 a.m. at the Maliotis Cultural Center (50 Goddard Avenue, Brookline, MA 02445).

Dr. Jane Goodall—renowned primatologist, anthropologist, and recognized environmentalist—will share her thoughts on the power of ecumenical encounters and dialogue in shaping a better future for our planet.

The visit is a unique opportunity for and open to students of Hellenic College Holy Cross, the Boston Theological Interreligious Consortium, and the wider local community interested in learning firsthand about the extraordinary experiences and insights of Dr. Goodall on a mission to empower and educate youth in making the world a better place through her internationally acclaimed Roots & Shoots program.

Dr. Goodall will hold a—free and open to the public—conversation with Fr. John Chryssavgis, Executive Director of the newly-established Huffington Ecumenical Institute at Hellenic College Holy Cross.
