After participating as an IV camper in 2009 and later as a staff member in 2014, Floratos began working full time for Ionian Village, eventually rising to the position of Program Director and overseeing all programming in both the United States and Greece. Most recently, Floratos has worked as a Senior Event Manager on corporate projects of all sizes across the globe.
