Yet “Effective Christian Ministry” has helped hundreds of clergy and lay ministry workers make a positive difference in their parish ministries.

And now we’re ready to offer you even deeper support with the new ECM Cohort. 

The ECM Cohort is a supportive learning community designed to help parishes meet the needs of young people in Christ-centered ways that build faith and transform ministry.

3-6 ministry workers from a parish will comprise a Team.

And up to 5 Teams will be grouped together into a supportive Cohort that will work and learn together under the guidance of a trained Coach.
