Archdiocesan District and Metropolis of NJ Joint Clergy Retreat

The Archdiocesan District Clergy and the Metropolis of New Jersey Clergy held a joint retreat in Ocean City, MD on February 22 and 23, 2022.  Leading the retreat were His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, His Grace Bishop Apostolos of Medeia, Current Chancellor of the Archdiocese Rev. Fr. Andreas Vithoulkas, V. Rev. Fr. Nektarios Papazafiropoulos (Chancellor beginning March 1, 2022,) Rev. Fr. Elias Villis (Archdiocesan District Chancellor beginning March 1, 2022) and New Jersey Chancello, V. Rev. Archimandrite Christostomos Oikonomidis.

More than 80 clergy attended and were blessed with the opportunity to share in brotherly fellowship and dialogue lead by His Grace Bishop Athenagoras of Nazianzos who gave the keynote address entitled – “The Priestly Journey Through Great Lent to Pascha”.
