Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology is now accepting applications for its one-year Certificate program in Youth and Young Adult Ministry and Leadership (CYML) for the 2022-2023 academic year. This program is fully tuition funded and designed as a post-college year of graduate study in theology, work-study within the CrossRoad and Telos ministries, and the training in key leadership skills. 

This Certificate is designed for those who want to…

·       Serve as youth director, youth activities coordinator, or administrator at the parish, diocese, or metropolis level 

·       Gain experience and skills with a specific skill set (work study areas include: CrossRoad staff, administration, photography/media, development/fundraising, communications, and others!)

·       Deepen theological knowledge before pursuing other graduate studies. This program gives participants the opportunity to expand their understanding of Orthodox theological tradition while learning to mentor and engage other young people through a year of transformative service and learning 

·       Take a year off from professional work to study the Orthodox faith tradition while also training to be excellent volunteer leaders for the Church (e.g., Sunday school, GOYA, camp ministry, or mission work)

·       Explore vocation through a combination of theological education and practical application experience!
