Archbishop Elpidophoros of America visits Vacation Church School in Portland, OR

His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros visited Holy Trinity Cathedral in Portland, OR. He was welcomed by the Vacation Church School students and staff, exclaiming AXIOS for his four-year Enthronement Anniversary. The theme for this year’s program was Icons Are Windows into Heaven. Archbishop Elpidophoros spoke to the children about the importance of icons as they teach us about the life of Jesus Christ, the Saints, and lessons about our faith.
