His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America celebrated Forgiveness Vespers at Saint Katherine Church in Elk Grove, CA on Sunday February 26, 2023. With the blessing and permission of His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, at the conclusion of the Vespers Archbishop Elpidophoros elevated Fr.
