NEW YORK – The Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of the United States of America has designated October 6, 2019 as Orthodox Christian Fellowship’s College Student Sunday. On this day, parishes across Orthodox jurisdictions recognize and honor their Orthodox College Students and take a special collection to support the work of OCF.

“College is a time, not simply for intellectual exploration, but for spiritual growth,” said Archbishop Elpidophoros of America. “I remain deeply committed to the work that OCF is doing to help bring college students closer to Jesus Christ. I call on all communities across the Archdiocese to offer a special collection on behalf of this important and effective ministry.”
