New York, NY - His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios will meet with the President of the Greek Parliament, Mr. Apostolos Kaklamanis, at the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese on Wednesday, August 30th.
Mr. Kaklamanis will be in New York City to participate in the Conference of Presiding Officers of National Parliament, to be held August 30th through September 1st at the United Nations.
On Thursday, August 31st, in the afternoon, Mr. Kaklamanis is slated to give a talk on world peace, and the Parliaments role in preserving democracy and respect for human rights.
