STORRS, Conn. – Archbishop Elpidophoros is attending today, Oct. 4, 2019, the installation of Dr. Thomas C. Katsouleas as the 16th President of the University of Connecticut. Dr. Katsouleas is a leading plasma scientist and engineer with deep academic roots in teaching and research. He began his term as president in August of 2019 after previously serving as executive vice president and provost at the University of Virginia.
