The American Hellenic Institute (AHI) applauds the introduction of bipartisan legislation in the United States Senate that commemorates Greece’s 200th independence day, and highlights the U.S.-Greece bilateral relationship.
President of AHI Nick Larigakis said, “AHI congratulates the original sponsors of this resolution, Senators Robert Menendez (D-NJ) and John Barrasso (R-WY) , for their efforts to commemorate Greece’s bicentennial and reaffirm the US-Greece bilateral relationship. We encourage the resolution’s speedy passage.”
