Rev. Angelo Pappas Rev, Angelo Pappas
currently serves the parish of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in
Portsmouth, NH. Originally from Baltimore, MD, Fr. Angelo is a 1992
graduate of Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology. Soon after
the World Trade Center tragedy, the IOCC asked Fr. Angelo to go to
Ground Zero. He was there for three and a half days after the tragedy
and on weekends continues to help out in the recovery and counseling
efforts at Ground Zero. Fr. Angelo is in his ninth year serving the
parish of St. Nicholas. He is chaplain to the Portsmouth Fire
Department and a DMM candidate at St. Vladimir's Theological School.
Fr. Angelo is married to Mary Pappas. Their three children, Chris,
Dino, and Penny, are between the ages of 17 and 22. |
