New Survey to Assess Resources of the Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministries
Jun 12, 2014
NEW YORK – The Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministries (Y2AM), of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, designed an online survey to assess its existing resources and channels of communication with young people with the goal of creating more effective means of ministering to youth and young adults.
Though the ministry of the Y2AM Department focuses on young people, the survey, available here, is intented for all Orthodox Christians who are asked to participate and share it with their parishes, friends, and family.
“We would like to know how our youth and young adults interact with our resources online, and get a better idea of which of our Y2AM resources people are using. We also ask what new resources and initiatives they would like to see. It will be useful to get a better idea of who we're serving and see if what we're doing is working, and how we can do better in the future,” said Steven Christoforou, host of the popular YouTube series “Be the Bee,” who explains it all in a short video that accompanies the survey.
The survey is anonymous and takes only a few minutes to complete online.
