Orthodox Christians Worldwide to Observe Easter April 27, Good Friday, Resurrection Service to be Broadcast Live

New York, NY – PASCHA (Easter) will be celebrated on April 27th this year by over 300 million Orthodox Christians throughout the world. His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios, spiritual leader of over 1.5 million Greek Orthodox Christians in America, will officiate at the Good Friday Service, April 25, beginning at 8:00 p.m. and the Resurrection Service, April 26, beginning at l1:00 p.m. Both services will be broadcast Live on Television and the Internet from the Archdiocesan Cathedral of the Holy Trinity (319 East 74th St., NYC).
