The Archdiocesan Youth and Young Adult Ministries office is pleased to announce the official release of the National Youth and Young Adult e-mail Listserver. All youth, young adults, youth workers, clergy, and all faithful of the Archdiocese are encouraged to join this e-mail listserver.

There is no fee for subscribing to this service.

In a greater effort to communicate to all those involved in youth ministry as well as other individuals who desire to grow in their faith, the Youth and Young Adult Ministries Office is currently disseminating the following information via its e-mail listserver:

(1) A weekly reflection by the Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministries,

Fr. Anastasios Bourantas

(2) The monthly Youth & Young Adult Ministries supplement of the Orthodox Observer known as “The Challenge”

(3) Youth and Young Adult news and events

(4) Spiritual and other devotional reading material

In addition, clergy and laity youth workers are encouraged to communicate any responses to the listserver or questions they may have regarding their involvement in youth ministry via e-mail to: We are here to serve you so that, together, we may serve Christ and bring glory to His Holy Name.

Based on His Eminence Archbishop Spyridon’s vision for the future of Youth Ministry, the National Youth Office is working towards creating a spirit of unity and cooperation with the goal of strengthening and supporting youth programs and ministry across the country.

The listserver is now active and available for anyone to subscribe.
