Enthronement Schedule of Newly Elected Bishops

New York, NY - His Eminence Archbishop Spyridon, Primate of the Greek Orthodox Church in America, has announced the ordination and enthronement schedules for the three newly-elected bishops of the Archdiocese of America. They are: Bishop Alexios of Atlanta, Bishop George of New Jersey and Bishop-elect Nicholas of Detroit.
The Formal Election Announcement (Mega Minima) for Bishop Alexios of Atlanta was read today, March 29th, in the Archdiocese Chapel of St. Paul. His Grace Bishop Alexios will be enthroned on Saturday, May 22nd at the Annunciation Cathedral, Atlanta, GA.
The Mega Minima for Bishop George of New Jersey will be read on Wednesday, April 14th at 3:00 p.m. in the Archdiocese Chapel. His Grace Bishop George will be enthroned on Saturday, April 17th at St. John the Theologian Cathedral in Tenafly, NJ.
The Mega Minima for Bishop-elect Nicholas (Pissare) will take place on April 2nd at 4:00 p.m. in the Archdiocese Chapel. His ordination to the Episcopacy will take place at Holy Cross Church, Brooklyn, NY on April 3rd beginning at 9:00 a.m.. His enthronement as Bishop of Detroit will be Sunday, April 18th at the Annunciation Cathedral in Detroit, MI.
