As of April 12, 2011, we are looking for an additional guy to join our group in order to even out rooming numbers--the $50 late fee will be waived in order to fill this space! How to register:
Click here to complete online registration. Your space will not be secured until online registration is complete and your $500.00 deposit is received. Deposit and Balance:
$500 deposit must be received by March 4, 2011 and full balance is due March 14, 2011. Deposits received March 5 or later will be subject to a $50 late booking fee and any air surcharge. For a full schedule of fees, please see terms and conditions below.
Package Price:
Double Occupancy: $2550 plus *$370 air taxes
Single Occupancy: $3060 plus *$370 air taxes
*Air taxes and fuel charges subject to change and not guaranteed until ticketed.
Package Price includes international airfare to/from New York’s JFK airport and domestic airfare within Turkey. Please note that should the non-stop Sun Express flight between Cappadocia and Izmir cancel, it will be necessary to fly via Istanbul at an additional expense of one airline ticket. In addition, baggage restrictions will be different for Sun Express. Package price also includes two nights hotel accommodations in Istanbul at the Titanic Hotel (4*Plus), three nights in Cappadocia at the Perissia Hotel (3*), and three nights in Izmir at the Kaya Prestige (3*). All breakfasts and all but one dinner is included. Package price includes six days of sightseeing, all entrance fees, and all arrival and departure transfers in an air-conditioned motor coach with an English speaking guide.

Credit Card Terms and Conditions:
Rates reflect 4% cash or check discount which does not apply if payment is made by credit card. If paying by credit card, please complete the Credit Card Authorization Form and return with a front and back copy of the credit card used and a valid driver’s license.
Terms and Conditions:
Please review the following terms and conditions carefully: Registration will be limited to 30 young adults and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Sending in deposit and registration does not guarantee a space. Confirmation is subject to receipt of your deposit of $500.00 by March 4, 2011. Deposits received March 5, 2011 and later will be subject to a $50.00 late booking fee and any air surcharge. There are no exceptions! Balance is due by March 14th, 2011. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $200.00 per person once deposit is received. Additional cancellation fees: $350 per person if received Mar 15-Apr 7, 2010; 75% of the tour cost if canceled between Apr 8- May 5, 2011 and no refund May 6-27, 2011. There is no refund for "No-shows." No partial refund for unused tours. Additional cancellation fees may be imposed by hotels, airlines, and tour companies, subject to date of cancellation. Please note that should the non-stop flight between Cappadocia and Izmir cancel, it will be necessary to fly via Istanbul at an additional expense of one airline ticket. Travel insurance is highly recommended and is non-refundable and non-transferable. All rates reflect a 4% check/ cash discount which does not apply if payment is made by any other means.
