The magazine's format focuses on "total parish education" and includes catechetical material, religious home school lessons, leadership development, internet reviews and continuing education for Greek Orthodox Christians of all ages.

Submitting Articles for PRAXIS
The Department of Religious Education encourages the submissions of articles, lesson plans, photos, and letters to the editor for publication in PRAXIS magazine. Submissions should be 750 to 1,500 words in length and directly discuss education in the theology and tradition of the Orthodox christian churches. Lesson aids or graphic enhancements may accompany the articles submitted. We also encourage the submission of photographs relevant to parish life ("praxis"). Please also provide photocopies of quoted material and a biographical sketch of the author not exceeding fifty words.
Material previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere will not be considered without prior consent of the Editor. We reserve the right to edit for usage and style; all accepted manuscripts are subject to editorial modification.
