Bulletin Builder is a revolutionary tool created to assist parishes in their ministry. Built by the Department of Internet Ministries, through the generous vision and support of Leadership 100, Bulletin Builder will enable you to build the various parts of your parish bulletin online and then publish your finished bulletin on your parish website, via email, and as a printed booklet.
To begin building your bulletin, go to http://www.bulletin.goarch.org/
For your website, you will need a domain name. You can register your own domain with a public registrar (such as www.namecheap.com) or we can create a domain name for free through goarch.org. Your parish web site address would follow the pattern of your parish name, followed by the 2 letter abbreviation of your state, followed by "goarch.org". So if your parish was Saint George in Brockton, Massachusetts, your address could be: stgeorge.ma.goarch.org.
See our FAQs for more information.
Through the Archdiocese servers, we offer parishes free email hosting for your parish domain name. Please begin by filling out the services request form to begin the process. If you already have your website hosted with us, fill out a help desk request to activate your email accounts. Once connected, you will be able to check your email via a POP3 or IMAP client or through a web interface.
LISTSERV sets the standard for e-mail list management software. It allows users to create and maintain e-mail lists on the Internet. List sizes can range from a few participants in a discussion group to several million in a newsletter. LISTSERV is renowned for its flexibility, scalability and time-tested performance. Utilizing this software, we are able to give every parish a number of free listserv accounts. A member may join or leave the list whenever he or she wants. The personal e-mail addresses of the individual list members are protected and kept confidential. The list messages are automatically turned into searchable web archives every time e-mail is sent out.
Live Internet Broadcasting of Services
Internet Ministries provides the live video broadcasting of services over the Internet to desktop computers in Adobe Flash format and simultaneous broadcasts to mobile devices such as the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and Android phones and tablets. Each week, the Archdiocese broadcasts the liturgical services of the Orthodox Church via the Internet live. Since beginning this service for parishes in 1997, the department has broadcast thousands of liturgical services and hundreds of educational classes. A full listing of live broadcasts is available online at live.goarch.org. For costs, please see our pricing page.
We offer server space for hosting audio and video files on our dedicated Multimedia server. See our pricing chart or contact the department for more information.

Orthodox Marketplace Referral Sales Program
Parishes within the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America were rolled into a special affiliate sales website in 2006. Whenever a person visits the Orthodox Marketplace by clicking on a specific link that includes the unique affiliate code assigned to a parish, 10% of that person's order is put into a referral sales commission account for that parish. Once the account reaches a $100 threshold in a given month, that parish will be mailed a check for that month.
To learn more about the program, visit the Orthodox Marketplace help section
